When I force a gov or corp to accept something on paper (when I could have submitted my application/doc/etc online), I simply say “this is coming to you on paper b/c your website is broken”. I do not tell them “…b/c your website blocks tor”. They did not have the courtesy to code their site to say “we block tor” so I do not have the courtesy to tell them it’s tor-related
I don’t suppose it matters either way what reason I give. People like me (who insist on digital social justice) are in such a tiny drop-in-the-ocean minority that orgs & govs aren’t bothered if say 1 person per year forces them to enter form data manually. #rightToBeOffline
