I feel like alot of the despair I feel as an aspiring artist is from the disharmony between the statement of intent, "I want to make art", when really the true feeling is "I want to have had made art".
It's not that I might "trust the process", it's "the art is the process". Or "the map is not the territory" vis à vis "the artifact is not the art".

À l'occasion de l'OST Composing Jam sur Itch.io que j'ai découvert cette semaine, j'ai pu produire ces quelques minutes de musique orchestrale aux accents cinématiques...
Bon l'OST composing Jam se termine, j'ai donc soumis ma petite bande originale de 3 morceaux fait en moins de 48h 
difficile comme exercice ! Pour rappel c'est un challenge dans lequel il faut composer une partie de BO d'un jeu vidéo imaginaire en un week end. Le thème de cette édition était "Freedom".

How I made the track 'The Best Captain (Idiots)’, my lucky last of ten "behind the scenes" blog posts. It's been a lot of fun.
This track is almost entirely me sneaking a recording of a band sound checking and building an #ambient track from a couple of tiny, noisy slices. "He's more passing car now than music", as Obi Wan said.
